Those living in Coromandel Valley are a blend families who have been in the area for generations and far more recent arrivals. Regardless of how long they've lived here, these families share an appreciation of the natural environment, an interest in the rich history and a strong sense of community.
In this section, we introduce the members of the:
Coro Alive! 175 Coordinating Committee;
Coromandel Community Centre Management Committee;
Coromandel Valley & Districts National Trust; and

You can also get to know the Volunteers and Staff who keep the Coromandel Community Centre running like a well oiled machine.

There's a new face on the Coromandel Community Centre team. Marnie Mitchell has taken on the role of Community Development Officer while Lyn Walkley is on secondment for a special Council project through to 30th June 2013.
Marnie is working closely with the Management Committee, Jodie Kelley and the Centre's team of dedicated volunteers to continue engaging the local community with a wide range of fun and interesting programs.
We will continue to see Lyn from time to time, as her new position has her working closely with the Management Committees of each of the City of Onkaparinga's Community Centres.
